KYC verification is mandatory before processing any withdrawal request. Accounts that fail to pass KYC within 30 days of a withdrawal request may have the request declined and the account reviewed for compliance. Jagoledak will not process withdrawals to payment methods that are not in the registered Player's name.

Jagoledak accepts deposits via the following methods for Malaysian players: FPX (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and other participating banks), DuitNow QR and Transfer, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and cryptocurrency (BTC and USDT). All account balances are maintained and displayed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
The minimum deposit amount is RM50 for FPX, DuitNow, and eWallet methods. Cryptocurrency deposits carry no minimum enforced by Jagoledak, though applicable network transaction fees apply and areborne by the depositing Player.
All deposited funds must come from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits — where the sending account does not match the registered Player identity — will be rejected and returned where operationally possible. Jagoledak is not responsible for delays, fees, or losses arising from third-party payment processing.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted from Player accounts that have completed KYC verification. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever operationally possible, in keeping with anti-money-laundering best practice.

Jagoledak reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on any withdrawal request where suspicious activity, potential fraud, or unresolved wagering requirements are identified. Such checks may extend processing times beyond the standard estimates above.
Jagoledak offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible registered Players. Acceptance of any bonus constitutes agreement to the specific terms of that promotion in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to the relevant offer.

Jagoledak reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

Any real-money balance held at the time of voluntary closure, minus applicable fees for inactive accounts, will be returned to the Player via the registered payment method after satisfactory verification.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not confer any right to copy, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any Platform content for commercial purposes.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Jagoledak, its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
Jagoledak's total aggregate liability to any Player for any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Jagoledak reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their account and/or by a prominent notice on the Platform homepage at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.
Your continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 11.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which Jagoledak holds its international gaming licence, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting Jagoledak support. If an informal resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body as designated by Jagoledak.
Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence.
